What are CBG Liquids?

CBG Liquids at Canapuff are hemp-derived vape liquids with cannabigerol, available in many strengths, flavours and terpene profiles. They work with standard refillable vape devices and pod systems: you fill the tank, wait a few minutes, and the device is ready. Every liquid follows the same recipe, so each bottle has the same cannabinoid content as the last one. What is CBG?

CBG (cannabigerol) is often called the "mother cannabinoid". It is the chemical starting point from which many other cannabinoids in the hemp plant develop. As the plant matures, most of the CBG turns into other cannabinoids such as CBD. For this reason, mature plants contain only small amounts of CBG, and CBG products are made with a concentrated extract.

CBG is one of the three main natural hemp cannabinoids in our shop, together with CBD and CBN. Each one has its own molecule and its own product range. In liquids, the difference you notice first is usually the aroma, because this comes from the added terpenes.

Which CBG Liquid should you choose?

The strain name and the terpene profile decide the flavour and aroma. Here is how the range is organised:

CBG Liquids - Sativa-style profiles - fresh, citrus, piney. These terpene profiles are built around pinene, limonene and terpinolene. They smell of lemon, pine needles and fresh herbs, like classic Sativa strains.

CBG Liquids - Hybrid profiles - mixed, fruity, all-round. A blend of Indica and Sativa terpene notes for users who like a round, fruity aroma that is neither very sweet nor very sharp.

CBG Liquids - Indica-style profiles - earthy, spicy, sweet. These terpene profiles are built around myrcene, linalool and beta-caryophyllene. They smell of earth, pepper, lavender and ripe fruit, like classic Indica strains.

CBG Liquids vs CBD Liquids vs CBN Liquids - which cannabinoid is right for you?

CBG, CBD and CBN are all natural hemp cannabinoids, but each one is a different molecule. CBD is the most widely used and the easiest to find in many strengths. CBN forms when THC in the plant ages, so it is rarer. CBG is the starting point of the other cannabinoids in the plant. All three are available on their own and in blends. The cannabinoid content in % is on every product page, so you can compare them directly.

CBG Liquids vs Disposable Vapes vs Joints - which format is right for you?

Liquids are the most customisable vape format. You choose the device, the flavour, the strength and how much you use - nothing is fixed. Disposable vapes are simpler and easier to carry, with no filling or maintenance. Joints contain the full terpene profile of the flower and have the most natural aroma. Many regular Canapuff customers use liquids at home and keep disposable vapes for travel.

How CBG Liquids Work

Fill your refillable pod or tank with the liquid, wait 5-10 minutes so the coil can soak up the liquid, and then draw as normal. The device heats the liquid until it turns into vapour. There is no burning, no smoke and no ash.

CBG liquids work with most standard refillable vape devices. Check the coil resistance and the wattage range of your device before use. Most cannabinoid liquids work best at lower wattage settings. This keeps the terpene flavour and helps you avoid dry hits.

Storage and How to Use

Store your CBG liquid closed, upright and at room temperature, away from sunlight. Shake the bottle briefly before you fill your tank, because natural ingredients can separate a little. Clean your tank when you switch between flavours, so the aromas do not mix.

Every Canapuff CBG liquid is lab-tested per batch by third-party laboratories for cannabinoid content, heavy metals, pesticides and residual solvents. The Certificate of Analysis (COA) is referenced on the packaging and is available on request. Delta-9 THC stays below 0.2% across the entire range, with no exceptions.
